Lineman Training - South County

Preparing for success on the field

Perfect For Offensive & Defensive Lineman

Group and individual sessions are led by our resident lineman, Joe Lasky. Training starts with strength, mobility, and mental preparation for the high impact and high intensity world of football linemen.

These sessions will start back up again after football season ends!

Meet Joe Lasky

At Union High School in Union, MO, Joe was a force for the Wildcats. Joe earned All-Conference and All-District honors as an offensive and defensive lineman at Union.

Joe continued his career as an offensive lineman at McKendree University. In his final season at McKendree, Joe helped the offensive line tie for the fewest sacks allowed in the Great Lakes Valley Conference (17). The McKendree Bearcats also ranked second in the conference in rushing yards per game (175.3).

Technique & Science
