Saturday 9AM: Full Body Strength - through full body compound movements

Wednesday 6PM: Sprinting/GPP/Conditioning – nontraditional strength training on turf

Thursday PM: Full Body Strength/Plyometrics - lower body pull/upper body push

Friday 6AM: Maximal Plyometrics/Olympic - clean & snatch on turf

Saturday 10AM: Maximal Speed Training - with linear mechanics

Monday 6PM: Agility/GPP - change of direction and real time reacting

Tuesday 5PM: Full Body Strength - lower body pull/upper body push
