Meet Kameren Brooks, Sports Performance Coach / Personal Trainer

Kameren graduated from Desoto High School where he was a 3 sport athlete. While he loved playing all sports, baseball was his passion. This passion lead him to play baseball for Fontbonne University while earning his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Outside of baseball, he is no stranger to the gym, he has logged many hours strength training & honing his skills to be a multi sport athlete. Kameren is dedicated to helping younger athletes and general clients achieve their goals by sharing his skills & knowledge.

Meet Madalyn Bone, Sports Performance Coach / Personal Trainer

With a coaching career defined by championship runs and a playing career defined by elite consistency, Madalyn brings a wealth of knowledge to athletes in the St. Louis area. A specialist in hitting, fielding, and slapping, she combines 8 years of travel ball coaching with recent Division 1 and Division 3 collegiate coaching success. Most recently, Madalyn served on the coaching staff that led the Saint Louis University Billikens to their first-ever A-10 Championship and NCAA Regional appearance, as well as leading Fontbonne University to a 2024 Conference Championship. As a player, Madalyn was a standout shortstop and slapper at Missouri Baptist University (2018-2023). Serving as Team Captain, they led MBU to their first Season Conference Championship. She was a master of bat control, finishing her career with 530 at-bats and only 20 strikeouts, capped by a .389 batting average in their final season. A 3-time All-AMC selection and a former 2014 State Champion at DeSoto High School. Coaching Philosophy: "My focus is on growth both on and off the field. I strive to build strong, well-rounded athletes who understand the game, trust their mechanics, and compete with passion."

Meet Abby Rickermann, Sports Performance Coach / Personal Trainer

Abby graduated from Festus High School in 2020, where she was a two-sport athlete. Abby has played a variety of sports throughout her lifetime, but softball was always her favorite. She was given the opportunity to continue her softball and academic career at Southeast Missouri State University. While there, Abby earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. Abby is now attending Lindenwood University and working towards her Master’s degree in Athletic Training. Given her athletic history, she have spent countless hours in the gym and participated in numerous training sessions. Abby have a passion for giving back to others and wants to share her knowledge with younger athletes to help them achieve their future goals and dreams.
