We created The Grind Youth Athlete because athletes should learn good habits and techniques from an early age! We enable younger athletes to have fun while protecting them from injury and preparing them for future weight training.

Monday 6PM: Agility/GPP - change of direction and real time reacting
Tuesday 5PM: Full Body Strength - lower body pull/upper body push
Wednesday 6PM: Agility - sprinting and game-like drills
Thursday 6PM: Full Body Strength - lower body push/upper body pull
Saturday 10AM: Total Speed Training - with linear mechanics
