The Grind offers 30-minute and 60-minute virtual private training. As well as 4 week and 8 week programs via TeamBuildr. These programs have picture guides for each exercise and a coach is available to assist with any questions you may have.

ONLINE TRAINING

CURRENT 1-ON-1 CLIENTS & ATHLETES

ONE WORKOUT/WEEK - $140/MO

  • Individualized programming
  • 30min zoom call each month to assess goals
  • 30min nutrition session at the start of each month
  • Compliments in person sessions with trainer

TWO WORKOUTS/WEEK - $260/MO

  • Individualized programming
  • 30min zoom call twice per month to assess goals
  • 30min nutrition session at the start of each month
  • Compliments in person sessions with trainer

THREE WORKOUTS/WEEK - $375/MO

  • Individualized programming
  • 30min zoom call weekly to assess goals
  • 30min nutrition session at the start of each month
  • One InBody scan per month
  • Compliments in person sessions with trainer

NON-CLIENTS & NON-LOCAL

Every Rep Counts Programming - $425/MO

For individuals not doing personal training but looking for an individualized training plan specifically for your goals such as body fat loss, muscle gain or athletic performance.

  • Individualized programming tailored towards your goals
  • Gym Access (if local)
  • 30min zoom call weekly to assess goals
  • 30min nutrition session at the start of each month
  • InBody scan analysis once per month
  • Up to 5 workouts per week included
