Monday 5PM: TURF DAY - nontraditional interval/strength training done on turf

Tuesday 5PM: Full Body Strength - lower body push/upper body pull

Wednesday 5PM: Full Body Strength - lower body pull/upper body push)

Thursday 5PM: HIIT - high paced intense group training

Saturday 9AM: Full Body Strength - through full body compound movements
