SMALL GROUP - SOUTH COUNTY ONLY

Monday 5PM: Cardio - Turf - Power

Tuesday 5PM: Hypertrophy - Upper Body Push + Lower Body Pull

Wednesday 5PM: HIIT Conditioning

Thursday 5PM: Hypertrophy - Upper Body Pull + Lower Body Push

Saturday 9AM: Full Body Strength Development
