Monday-Thursday and Saturday, we offer small group classes for individuals of all fitness levels. Challenge yourself in a safe environment with others.

Small Group Schedule

Monday: 5pm and 6pm
Tuesday: 5pm
Wednesday: 5pm and 6pm 
Thursday: 5pm and 6pm 
Saturday: 9am
